Most orders are processed within 1 business days after payment has been made. The shipping time is applied after an order has been processed. Shipments will be made by the selected method of US Postal Service, FEDEX or UPS. We do not provide in-transit tracking on USPS First Class option. USPS provides transit tracking of your package if you choose either Priority or Express shipping. FedEx and UPS provide tracking on all packages.

Ground services are not guaranteed. However, in general it is 2-5 days depending how far you are from Colorado. You can review with your selected carrier more specifically what you may expect. It is our experience that no one carrier is consistently better than another.
International customers are highly encouraged to choose either USPS Priority or Express services, FEDEX or UPS.
Canadian customers choosing UPS ground will have additional brokerage fees which start at $12. UPS and FEDEX air services do not have additional brokerage services. Local taxes may also be charged.
Free shipping is offered for sales over $69 in the contiguous 48 states of the US only.
Customers choosing the Free Domestic shipping service can expect delivery in 5-10 days.
Customer is responsible for all in country, local taxes and customs duties. AirTurn does not control these requirements. In some countries such as Brazil and Argentina these fees may be more than the cost of the product. Please check your liability before ordering. We will not take returns of product due to tax liabilities.

All returns must have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number issued by an AirTurn customer service representative before returning. AirTurn, Inc. reserves the right to refuse packages without an RMA number. AirTurn products are covered under a 30-day return policy for a full refund. The 30 days are determined by purchase date. In the case of a return for refund, any shipping and/or handling charges from the original order will not be refunded. At our discretion, we may charge a restocking fee of 15% of the cost of items returned.
Units to be returned should be packed carefully in their original packaging (including all cables, manuals, and adapters). Please be advised that packages sent by normal US Postal Service cannot be tracked to ensure delivery unless you use Priority Service. Since AirTurn, Inc. cannot provide credit for a return without confirming its receipt, we recommend that you use a delivery service that can be tracked and or insured.
You must be 18 years of age or older and have a valid credit card to make a purchase. Children (persons under the age of 18) are not authorized to make purchases at our online store without the supervision of their parent or guardian. By accepting AirTurn’s Terms and Conditions, you signify that you are an adult age 18 or older.
If you pay by credit card, your credit card will be charged when the order is placed using our standard gateway authorization. If you use Paypal, your payment will be cleared before shipping. You may also choose to pay using Amazon payments.
If you pay by check, we will wait until the check has cleared before shipping. We apologize for the inconvenience, but this is the best way for us to accept checks hassle free.
